·Learning materials, video lessons, exercises, and certificates of completion (where applicable);
·Access to the learning platform upon registration and payment.

Digital Content and Resources

·Articles, e-books, webinars, newsletters, and other educational materials, provided free of charge or upon registration.

4.Registration and User Account

Creating an Account

To access certain services, you must create an account by providing information such as your name, email, phone, company, and role.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

·All activity that occurs under your account;
·Notifying 3DES immediately of any unauthorized use.

Suspension and Cancellation

3DES reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or exhibit inappropriate behavior.

5.Purchase and Payment Terms

Online Courses

·Course prices are shown at the time of purchase;
·Payment may be made through the methods offered on the platform;
·After payment is confirmed, access to the course is granted as described on the product page;
·Courses have an access period defined at the time of purchase.

Consulting Services

·Consulting and staffing services are engaged through a specific commercial proposal;
·Prices, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are set out in a separate agreement.

Refund Policy

·Courses: a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed;
·Consulting services: cancellation terms are defined in the specific services agreement.

6.Intellectual Property

All content available on the 3DES website and platform — including text, images, videos, logos, code, designs, learning materials, and audiovisual resources — is the exclusive property of 3DES or its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

You may:

Prohibited Use

The following are expressly prohibited:

Service Availability

3DES makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available without interruption but does not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.

Results

Our courses and services are educational and advisory in nature. 3DES does not guarantee specific results, external certifications, or the achievement of any particular professional outcome.
